    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    Hannah is responsible for producing and managing new business opportunities for Willis of Virginia’s Human Capital Practice. She is also responsible for serving and supporting Willis of Virginia’s current portfolio of clients through implementation and plan management of health and welfare benefit plans.

    Prior to joining Willis, Hannah worked for Rutherfoord for eight years where she was Assistant Vice President serving in various benefits consulting and management roles. Hannah’s expertise lies in benefit plan analysis, design, communication, and implementation of creative and cost-efficient health and welfare programs, encompassing alternative plan proposals, insurance carrier negotiation, provider networks and funding strategies. She's particularly skilled at negotiating renewals, contractual specifications and troubleshooting complex benefit programs.
