We will start the business meeting at 11:30 and then kick off the presentations at noon. Grab your lunch and join us!
This is going to be a great informative meeting to share all things "Southside Virginia SHRM" and the volunteer opportunities.
Then we will also discuss what is HR certification and the requirements along with how our chapter can support you.
We will wrap up with any questions about national SHRM or our local chapter.
Our goal is to ensure every member understands where dues are allocated, how we budget for the year and opportunities for us to raise money for a number of events/activities. We will discuss the by-laws and changes that are being reviewed along with goals for the year. It is important for members to understand our commitments to the Virginia State Council and National SHRM along with the local community.
We are looking forward to this meeting and hope you will be able to attend.
