Christy Mayes is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with the Virginia Board of Counseling with over 10 years of experience in providing mental health and substance use services in the community. Christy is also a Virginia Board approved Supervisor. She is passionately dedicated to providing quality service and support to individuals in need through recovery-oriented treatment.

Martha retired in May 2019 from her position as Community Viability Specialist, Virginia Tech, Virginia Cooperative Extension.
She was a Director of Institutional Advancement with Danville Community College from September 1977 through October 2005.
Martha has a strong valued reputation in the area and will share a wealth of knowledge, don't miss this opportunity.
